Roger is returning to our team after having worked with us on several occasions in our early days, notably participating in the fabrication and installation of flagpoles. His diverse professional background has allowed him to acquire solid expertise in demanding environments, thanks to both his resourcefulness and his mastery of workshop techniques.

With nearly 30 years of experience in welding and designing a variety of objects, as well as proven experience as a machinist, Roger's background covers both the repair and modification of industrial products. He therefore possesses all the necessary qualifications to ensure the successful completion of your projects in our workshop.

Having run his own SME for nearly five years, he gained extensive experience in administration, inventory management with suppliers, and customer service. He also possesses significant experience in the agricultural machinery sector as a sales representative, as well as in agriculture itself. His previous roles include managing a flour mill, overseeing and implementing occupational health and safety standards, and supervising a team of employees.

His overall skills, meticulousness, problem-solving approach, employee and customer management, in addition to his extensive workshop expertise, will contribute to the smooth running of our workshop and its team.
