Since joining Tecnima VL in the fall of 2012, Nancy has been involved in all aspects of the business: selling flagpoles and custom flags, as well as marketing, human resources, accounting, and monitoring the company's progress, all in close collaboration with Christian. Thanks to her decades of professional experience in various sectors, both institutional and construction-related, Nancy has developed a solid expertise.

As co-owners, the management team is committed to offering top-quality products by carefully selecting suppliers who meet our requirements, particularly in terms of quality, reliability, and local sourcing. Over the years, the company has continuously adapted its product offerings and the production of various documents to empower our customers to manage their flagpole needs independently. With the well-being of our team in mind, we offer a unique work environment and training program!

Driven by a deep commitment to the community, Nancy has served on nearly a dozen boards of directors over the years. These diverse experiences have allowed her to acquire extensive knowledge of several business sectors.

In addition to being part of a large network of entrepreneurs in our region, she has had the opportunity to hold various positions over the years, such as member, president (the first and only woman to hold this position in over 30 years of existence), director, and vice-president. This experience has allowed her to deepen her entrepreneurial skills alongside members, trainers, and professionals from diverse backgrounds.
